Is Pupil ERP suitable for a small private school?
Yes. Pricing is per student, so a 200-student school pays for 200 students — ₹1,800 a month. Because there is only one plan, a small school gets exactly the same features as a large one rather than being pushed onto a cut-down tier.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents can simply WhatsApp the school number to check fees, holidays, results and receipts, with no app and no password. There is also a full parent app on iOS and Android for attendance, results, timetables and leave requests — included at the same price, not as an add-on.
How long does it take to set up?
Most schools are running within a week. We create your workspace, bulk-import students and staff from a CSV or Excel file, configure your classes and fee structure, and train the office team. You do not have to re-type your existing records.
