If you choose to collect fees online, the payment gateway takes its own transaction fee. That is charged by the gateway, not by us — and you can keep collecting at the counter and recording it in Pupil ERP instead. Receipts and reports work identically either way.

Are there different plans or tiers?
No. There is one price and everything is included. We do not hold the parent app, the teacher app, WhatsApp messaging or any module behind a higher tier, because tiering is how buyers end up paying more than the figure they compared. What you see is the whole product at the whole price.

What is not included in the price?
Nothing is held back as a paid add-on. Onboarding, importing your existing records from Excel, training your office team, WhatsApp parent messaging, PDF receipts and payslips, both mobile apps and all product updates are included. The only cost we cannot waive is the payment gateway’s own transaction fee if you choose to collect fees online — that is charged by the gateway, not by us.
Do we pay for every student, including those who leave?
You pay for students actively enrolled on your roll. Archived students — leavers whose records, receipts and results you keep for audits — are not billed, so your cost tracks your actual roll rather than your history.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
Rather than a self-serve trial, we set up a working demo with your own classes, fee structure and a sample of your student list, so you evaluate Pupil ERP with your school’s real data instead of dummy records. The demo is free and there is no obligation.
Can we pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes. ₹9 per student per month works out at ₹108 per student per year, and most schools prefer to settle annually so the cost sits in one budget line. Either way the price per student is the same.
