The holiday calendar in the same place
School holidays are published alongside the timetable and visible to parents and staff. Parents can also check upcoming holidays by messaging the school WhatsApp number, which quietly removes one of the most common questions the office gets asked.

What is timetable management software?

Can teachers see their own timetable?
Yes. Each teacher sees their own schedule in the teacher app, drawn from the class timetables they are assigned to, so they do not have to work out their week from the full school timetable.
How do parents see the school holiday calendar?
Holidays are published in the parent app alongside the timetable. Parents can also check upcoming holidays by sending a message to the school’s WhatsApp number, without installing anything.
