What happens on a Pupil ERP demo?

We set up a working Pupil ERP workspace with your school’s classes, sections and fee structure, load a sample of your student list, and walk your office team through the day-to-day tasks — taking a fee payment, marking attendance, publishing a result. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes and there is no obligation afterwards.

Does the demo cost anything?

No. The demo and the setup work behind it are free, and you are under no obligation to buy. We would rather you see the software with your own data than sign up on the strength of a feature list.

Do we need to prepare anything?

It helps if you can share a student list in Excel or CSV and a copy of your current fee structure, because then the demo runs on your real data. If you do not have those to hand, we can still show you the system with sample records.

Can you come to our school?

If your school is in the Kashmir valley or Jammu, yes — we are based in Srinagar and can visit in person. Elsewhere in India we run the walkthrough over a video call, which works just as well.
